UPDATE 12/29: Some players who had had accounts transferred are now experiencing problems using their broadcasts, comments, invites, and Top Mob. We are currently looking into a solution for these issues, but we do not know when, or if, we will be able to have them resolved.

**UPDATE 12/28**:  We are currently using a new account transfer tool to help players with deactivated accounts. Because this tool is new, it will take some time to process deactivated accounts, and we cannot promise it will not be error free. If you would like to try to transfer one of your deactivated accounts to a new Myspace profile, please submit a ticket with the Required Information requested below. PLEASE NOTE that because we use billing information to verify account ownership, we cannot transfer any account that has not used one of the billing options below in the past.

UPDATE 10/21: Myspace has provided us with additional information regarding why accounts are deactivated, what you can do to prevent this from happening and what can be done if it happens to you. To read more, click here.

Unfortunately, since Myspace owns the platform on which Mobsters is hosted, Playdom is very limited in what we can do to recover a deactivated Myspace account.

If you discover that your Myspace account has been deactivated, please contact Myspace immediately and follow any instructions they give you to recover your account. This is the most complete and effective way to recover your account.

If Myspace refuses to reinstate your account, and you have purchased Favor Points directly (i.e. Credit Card, PayPal, or Playdom Game Card) in the past, please contact Playdom Support with the information below (Unfortunately, because your billing information is required to confirm your ownership of the account, we will not be able to investigate accounts that have not paid us directly):

Required Information:

-The user ID number of your deactivated Myspace account

-The user ID number of a new Myspace account, which has a brand new Mobsters account installed on it

If You Paid Directly with Your Credit Card, Please Include:

-Your full name as it appears on your card

-Your full billing address

-The last 4 digits of your credit card number

-The expiration date of your credit card

If You Paid with PayPal, Please Include:

-The Invoice ID number of a payment made on the deactivated account (the Invoice ID number should be a 12 digit number [no letters] included in your payment receipt from PayPal, or you can look them up within your PayPal account).

If You Paid with Playdom Game Cards, Please Include:

-The PIN number of a card you used to purchase points on your deactivated account
